Alex is responsible for deal structuring, investment analysis and overall strategy. He has over 10 years of property experience and was one of the first investors in the Collective, exiting in 2018. Before founding SAV Group, Alex spent 4 years in Barclays Capital Financial Derivatives Division.

Vakho is responsible for general business management, site due diligence and planning strategy. He has over 10 years’ experience in property development, before which he was involved in the Biotech industry ranging from biofuels to wastewater.

Christopher Lockhart-Mummery KC is a former Deputy High Court Judge with a career spanning 50 years. He has appeared in numerous cases and inquiries of national significance. In recent years, he has focused on planning work in both the public and private sectors, representing clients in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, and Planning Inquiries. Christopher was called to the Bar in 1971, took silk in 1986, and served as Head of Chambers at 4 Breams Buildings and later at Landmark. Christopher acts as a Business Advisor, and provides strategic and legal input on a range of matters.

Charles Banner KC is our Non-Executive Director, advising on legal, planning and strategy matters. Charles is a leading barrister in commercial development and planning disputes. He is one of the country’s youngest KCs and currently practises at Keatings Chambers alongside his role at SAV Group.  He is also a member of the RICS Standards and Regulations Board and a part-time lecturer in law at Oxford University.

Anton is responsible for deal structuring, investment analysis and investment strategy. He is an expert in deal structuring, valuation, and financial modelling with over 10 years of finance and property experience. Before SAV Group, Anton was an investment banker at RenCap and auditor at KPMG.

Minh oversees the overall financial strategy and risk management. He has over 10 years’ experience in investment management and capital, financial and risk management. Before SAV Group, he held various roles at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and EY.

Emilios is responsible for planning and development management, where he oversees the development and construction process. He is also involved with site sourcing and initial planning and development appraisals. Before joining SAV Group, Emilios spent over 5 years at Savills, where he focussed on residential development in prime central London.

Sabir is responsible for fund reporting and accounting. He has over 10 years’ experience in fund management, accounting and financial reporting.

Roxana is responsible for property operations and marketing. She has over 10 years’ experience in managing student accommodation and short lets across Central London.

Vardan is responsible for investment analysis and site due dilegence. He has worked for several investment banks and has extensive experience in modelling and analysing a diverse range of assets across different markets.

Andrey is responsible for investment analysis and site due diligence. Before joining SAV Group, Andrey held various positions at investment banks. He graduated top of his class, with a distinction from LSE.

Kristina is responsible for the day to day running of the business. Before joining Sav, she spent ten successful years at Surfhouse, an international extreme sport retailer, where she was PA to the CEO.

Anatolii has over 30 years’ experience in business management and construction. He is responsible for fund raising, business and construction management.

Alice assists with day to day accounting and payments. She has over 5 years’ experience in accounting, payroll and financial analysis.
