Alex has over a decade of experience in property investment and development, working across acquisitions, asset management, and capital structuring.

Prior to founding SAV Group, Alex spent four years in investment banking at Barclays Capital, within the Sales and Trading division, where he worked on structuring commodity derivative products for institutional clients.

Alex holds a BSc degree in Economics from University College London (UCL).

Vakho is responsible for general business management, site due diligence and planning strategy. He has over 10 years’ experience in property development, before which he was involved in the Biotech industry ranging from biofuels to wastewater.

Dr Tim Leunig is an economist and policy adviser with senior experience across academia, government and consultancy. He is an Associate Professor of Economic History at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and has held senior government roles including Chief Scientific Adviser at the Department for Education (2014–2017) and Adviser to the Prime Minister on Education (2023). He is now Economics Director at Public First, providing strategic economic and policy input to clients across the public and private sectors.

Christopher Lockhart-Mummery KC is a former Deputy High Court Judge with a career spanning 50 years. He has appeared in numerous cases and inquiries of national significance. In recent years, he has focused on planning work in both the public and private sectors, representing clients in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, and Planning Inquiries. Christopher was called to the Bar in 1971, took silk in 1986, and served as Head of Chambers at 4 Breams Buildings and later at Landmark. Christopher acts as a Business Advisor, and provides strategic and legal input on a range of matters.

Anton is responsible for deal structuring, investment analysis and investment strategy. He is an expert in deal structuring, valuation, and financial modelling with over 10 years of finance and property experience. Before SAV Group, Anton was an investment banker at RenCap and auditor at KPMG.

Minh oversees the overall financial strategy and risk management. He has over 10 years’ experience in investment management and capital, financial and risk management. Before SAV Group, he held various roles at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and EY.

Emilios is responsible for planning and development management, where he oversees the development and construction process. He is also involved with site sourcing and initial planning and development appraisals. Before joining SAV Group, Emilios spent over 5 years at Savills, where he focussed on residential development in prime central London.

Heerbode has over 10 years’ experience in setting up and streamlining operations and finance in private equity and VC backed companies. Heerbode joins us from the prop-tech sector where he had a portfolio of over 200+ properties.

Rosen brings a combination of PBSA & hotel operations experience to SAV Group and was previously an operational auditor.

Roxana is responsible for property operations and marketing. She has over 10 years’ experience in managing student accommodation and short lets across Central London.

Vardan is responsible for investment analysis and site due dilegence. He has worked for several investment banks and has extensive experience in modelling and analysing a diverse range of assets across different markets.

Andrey is responsible for investment analysis and site due diligence. Before joining SAV Group, Andrey held various positions at investment banks. He graduated top of his class, with a distinction from LSE.

Anatolii has over 30 years’ experience in business management and construction. He is responsible for fund raising, business and construction management.

Elena is an experienced officer manager and personal assistant.
